Is 4FANS based only in Prague or does it change location?

4FANs is festival based only in Prague!

 

Can i take picture with guest star for free?

Of course you can. Although, if you like your photo taken by a pro, there is a dedicated photo booth just for that! 

 

What does Community Pass mean?

4FANS Community Pass means you have a entry to all 4FANS areas except VIP Lounge and back stages.

 

Is there a place to buy Youtubers related merchandise?

Absolutely! You can buy all sorts of swag and merchandise at Boostermania shop.

 

Can i help as a volunteer?

I’m sorry, at this point the registration for volunteers are closed.

 

Can i be a guest at 4FANS?

Well, that depends on who you are and how many active fans you have. Drop us a message at info@4FANS.cz, i’m sure we will figure something out.

 

Will there be PewDiePie or ____ (insert a name of your favorite Youtuber)?

Guest stars line up isn’t final yet. Check it out regularly for your favorite Youtuber might have been added just now!

 

Is the agenda same for Saturday and Sunday?

The agenda will be different for each day, line up of guest stars stays the same though.

 

When you will release the full agenda?

We need to finish it on complete 100%, so not until then. Sneak peaks of our upcoming agenda could be spotted on our Facebook page.

 

Do you offer any accomodation services?

I’m sorry, we don’t do that. Please refer to hotel booking portal to check available rooms in Prague area.

 

 

I didn’t get my ticket :-(  

If you are transfering money through bank, please be patient. It takes time to transfer between borders. If you are still unsure, please send a still of your payment order and your payment referal numbers (what we gave you in the email) and send it to jana@zrgames.cz, we will check what’s up.  Also check your spam folder, for the ticket could be held hostage by your spam filter :).

 

Is there 2 day pass combo available?

No, we don’t offer 2 day deals. Please obtain saturday and sunday tickets separately.

 

Is there re-admissions to the festival area?

Yes, you can enter and leave the festival area all the time while is festival gate open.

 

I ordered 5 tickets and each has my name on it and the same number, is that correct?

As strange as it sounds, it’s correct – your pass is simply valid for 5 people and your ticket can be used 5x times to obtain attendee pass to festival.
